The Nehemiah Project
The Nehemiah Project is a major initiative of Global Strategic Alliance, a faith-based organization whose mission is to restore Judeo-Christian values to the moral and civic framework on a local, state, national, and international level. This method encourages engagement through dialogue, civic involvement, and personal responsibility at every level of society.
GSA is uniquely positioned as a voice addressing concerns and advocating for marginalized people. It is equipped for maximum impact through its alliances and initiatives, while connecting organizations for greater strategic impact. GSA’s voice includes behind-the-scenes strategic planning with corporate, government and faith leaders working toward real solutions facing our national and international communities.
Kevin Jessip, President of Global Strategic Alliance is an advisor to national and global leaders within the business, political and faith community. Over the decades, Jessip has used his experience as an executive for one of the world’s largest publicly traded companies and his work with faith-based outreaches, as a catalyst for founding, developing, and funding organizations.
Jessip is known for his ability to “network” a proven methodology to create successful strategic alliances worldwide. His relationships with many of the Fortune 500 companies, government officials, and non-profits have resulted in the transformation of individuals, communities, and corporations.
The Nehemiah Project Team utilizes other national, state and local experts in various capacities. We contract these experts to assist local communities by strengthening local organizations capacity building to face the challenges that are specific to their cities.
Transform Our Nation’s Cities
The Nehemiah Project Team is a group of ambassadors working tirelessly as advocates for the well-being of children and families in critical areas such as hunger, education, health and social justice.
Through their leadership real results are being produced in the lives of ordinary citizens. By creating a strategic plan and implementing specialized task forces, collaborative community programs, public policy, and public/private partnerships. On the national scene they are leading to protect children from sexual exploitation. On the state and local levels the team is transforming impoverished neighborhoods into healthy communities.
The Challenge & Strategy
The Nehemiah Project along with organizations such as Strategic Justice Initiatives and Feed 3, were founded at a time when children around the nation face bewildering situations that leave them vulnerable as victims of crime, hunger and poverty.
The opportunity is under the constant threat of disappearing in many parts of the nation. Social and economic forces beyond their control are jeopardizing families more than ever, with children being lost to living in poverty, failing schools and violent neighborhoods. The children living in these communities suffer a tragic loss of innocence, joy, and laughter. They represent a future foreclosed.
These organizations within The Nehemiah Project assist leaders in local communities to overcome obstacles by implementing a five-phase transformation model. These programs empower local grassroots leaders to tackle challenges in high crime/high poverty areas with real, usable solutions.
